I used the services of Spot the Dog Walker for over 12mths & Lisa Nisbet was my dogs walker & honestly, her service was excellent. I was nervous about giving my dogs to a complete stranger, but very soon it was apparent that Pez & Boston loved Lisa & she was just excellent with them & communicated with me every step of the way. I especially loved receiving my ‘walk updates’ including pics, especially being away it was my chance to see how my pups were doing. If it wasn’t for moving, I would still be using Lisa….even asked if she wanted to drive 2hrs to continue walking them. Can’t recommend Lisa enough.

We’ve used their services for roughly half a year, and they have been excellent at keeping our precious fur baby happy! Christine the dog walker took care of our whippet for 3 weeks. She walked her for an hour each day. Our family members were unable to walk Trixie for us.We got enjoyment in reading about their exploits and seeing the photos that Christine sent. My dog walker Heather is amazing with my dog and shows a great amount of care for him in their weekly walks. My dog is always so happy after the walks! Heather provide an extensive account of the walk, after every walk, emailed afterwards which is so helpful. The company are also extremely reliable and adaptable to my circumstances and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I have used Spot the Dog Walker 3 times. The first time was super last minute and i reached out to Lisa and her team at Spot the dog walker to walk our golden retriever twice a day for 3 days whilst we went away. Nothing was too much hassle and it was organised without any fuss at all!Spot the Dog Walkers process is seamless, their systems were fabulous and i felt so confident about leaving our baby in their hands. Since then they have done 2 more stints walking our dog and each time they send timely updates and text to keep me in the know!They have a team of people who can help if something comes up and a walker isn’t available so your dog is always walked no matter what and they has systems with notes that you update so they can see all your little details so the handover process is amazing! I can tell the team really loves animals! The updates about our Pup are always super cute and you can see how happy she is hanging out with the team! I am super happy with Spot the Dog Walker and I would highly recommend them to anyone!I am definitely someone who is a “Crazy Dog mum” and am definitely over the top protective/ anxious about leaving my pup (what if the gates arent shut properly, what if the water bowl isnt full etc etc). But this team make me feel like they love her as much as i do – and they ask about the little details to ensure they understand all of the requirements! Best service out there. I have a special needs rescue who can’t go for walks and they came and spent 1 hour a day with him. They went above and beyond, giving him so much love as well as play and company I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have been using Spot The Dog Walker for 3 years now. In that time I have moved house which also meant the individual walker changed due to location.I have used this company to assist with walking my two dogs while my husband is away, and to walk and feed my dogs when we go away on holiday etc. Through every experience I have been extremely happy with their services, and my two boxer dogs absolutely love the walkers personally.Our last trip was due to family illness, and it was a huge relief to read that the little tasks we had forgot to organise such as taking the bin out were done for us by our dog walker. We have 3 dogs and have been using the services of Spot the Dog Walker for 18 months. All walkers have been very good and are genuinely fond of the dogs and the dogs have loved the attention they get. Unfortunately we are moving out of the area. I hope we can find another service as good as this has been.

I have nothing but positive feedback to give about Spot the Dog. I began to use their services when I was unable to walk due to an injury. It was affordable, and Katrina and Lisa (owners and admin) were professional. My walker was local (lived around the corner), and knew my neighbourhood well. This meant my dog went on interesting local walks in safe locations. Kim was a fantastic walker, who developed a great relationship with my energetic young dog. I received an email after each walk, outlining where they had walked and what experiences they had on the walk – this way, I could feel part of the walk even though I wasn’t there. Communication was excellent in other ways, with fast replies to any requests I had about changing walk days/times. I felt completely confident about their services, would use them again anytime, and am confident recommending them to others.

What a relief to have a professional and affordable service to look after my animals on the days I cant. After each visit I get an email with a complete run down of how the animals were etc. It gives peace of mind and much better than asking friends or neighbours and worry if they forgot etc. Also far preferrable to kennels as the dogs and cats get to stay home where they are happiest. Great walkers and all seem to love the dogs and love taking them for the walks rather than it being a burden etc.Highly recommend.
