Delivery Details

DOOG products are made to the highest possible standard. If however there is a fault with the product when you receive it we will exchange it if it is deemed a manufacturers fault. Please email us or call 0400 239006 between 9am-5pm Mon to Fri AEST time. Goods must be returned within 14 days unwashed, unworn and in a resalable condition. If we are out of stock of the same product we will offer you a different colour or a store credit to use against other products.

Refunds are not made unless the item was wrongly described or the image on the website does not match the item received. In this case a refund will be made via direct deposit.

Important: We do not issue refunds or exchanges or any items that are sent back to us after 14 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition.

All exchanges for Australian orders will be charged a domestic postage fee of $6.

We also do not accept returns COD and we do not reimburse shipping charges.
